To help new employees quickly familiarize themselves with the company, improve their various abilities, and complete the transition from campus and home to the workplace, the company organized a series of training courses, including corporate culture, rules and regulations, safety and environmental protection, product knowledge, etc. The training methods were diverse, vivid, and intuitive. During military training, the experienced instructor Liu Peng patiently led everyone in practicing military posture, body turns, and enemy capture techniques, using some of the break time to learn the company song. In just seven days, the overall appearance of the 37 new employees transformed completely. They upheld a spirit of teamwork, completed every training task to high standards, and executed every command from the instructor with high quality. The enemy capture techniques were impressive, and the singing was powerful, showcasing the cohesion and teamwork spirit of the new employees.
Instructors and officers organized lively and interesting games during breaks to stimulate everyone's enthusiasm for learning and to bring new employees closer together. Everyone actively participated, creating a lively atmosphere on site.
The company's general manager Wang Shengjian observed the performance and reviewed the training results of the new employee training camp. He first affirmed this training and praised the perseverance and determination of the new employees. Company president Hu Hongbin and production director Xu Jianguo attended the seminar.
